Chris entered the estate agency industry in 1987, since when he has long been respected as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable estate agents and valuers in the Warwickshire area. Joining Wiglesworth in 2000, he took over the business as its Managing Director in 2015, since when he has continued to apply his depth and breadth of knowledge to the Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and Coventry market places.

Aided by a first class, highly experienced team based in Leamington Spa’s prestigious Euston Place, Chris is a long standing member of Propertymark (formerly the National Association of Estate Agents) and is a passionate believer in delivering and maintaining high quality standards of personal service and advice to clients across the whole of the property spectrum.

An accomplished musician and trombonist, Chris has played with several world leading brass bands and is well known within the musical world as a writer and critic.

Marco has a wealth of experience in the property sales sector, with over fifteen valuable years under his belt. Starting his career journey in the sunny south of France, he returned to his hometown of Leamington Spa in 2010 where he has continued to build relationships locally.

Having managed two previous Leamington Spa estate agents, Marco joined Wiglesworth in 2020 as Business Manager, where he is now firmly established as part of this highly experienced team and where he showcases customer service and support as being at the forefront of his vision.

Fluent in both French and Spanish, Marco offers a highly positive and enthusiastic approach in aiding clients to both sell and purchase properties. Being a family man, Marco finds his relaxation with his three children, or failing that at a local gym.

Cubbington born Julia joined Wiglesworth in 2003 and has long enjoyed a reputation as a highly skilled and knowledgeable property negotiator. As our Office Manager, she is very much the Wiglesworth engine room. Her calm, clear headed thinking and advice, combined with exceptional levels of patience and tact, make her a great favourite with our clients, many of whom return to us time and again for the benefit of her skills and exceptional customer service.

Originally employed by the business in 1995 as PA to former Senior Partner Roger Wiglesworth, Office Administrator Dale is the secretarial lynchpin of the business, dealing swiftly and efficiently with all aspects of our office administration, including the preparation of letters, property sales particulars and invoicing.

Helen first joined Wiglesworth as a weekend receptionist in 2010 before leaving to raise her family. She loved us so much that joined us once again in 2020! Helen is often a first point of contact within the office and is also closely involved in collating and monitoring viewing feedback and reporting this back to our clients.

Our longest serving member of staff, Richard joined Wiglesworth in 1992 when the business was just a year old. His encyclopaedic knowledge of Leamington Spa and its history, alongside his remarkable recollection of every property we have sold during his time with Wiglesworth makes him unique in the area as a viewing representative.
